Preparation Plates · Preheat the oven to 120 degree · Drape 3 slices Parma ham on 4 dinner plate each and place in the oven Sauce · Peel and dice the onions and peel and chop the cloves of garlic. · Fry in olive oil until glazed · Add the mushrooms and fry for a further two minutes · Add the crème fresh and bring to a boil · Season with Salt & pepper · Add milk to give it the right consistency Cook the spaghetti as per instructions on the package. Remove the heated plates from the oven with an oven mitt, portion the spaghetti per plate and add the sauce. |
